Launch Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Overview

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by DeGaine Designs LLC d/b/a Draw Yer Dog, a Colorado limited liability company ("Sponsor"), to celebrate our launch.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other social media platform.

2. Who can enter

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of DeGaine Designs LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• One entry per person / per email address, regardless of how many times you sign up.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to enter

Sign up for the Draw Yer Dog email list at drawyerdog.com any time before 11:59 PM Mountain Time on September 30, 2026. That's it — every subscriber on our list as of that date and time is automatically entered. No additional purchase, form, or action is required.

4. The prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Tier 3 custom pet portrait (approximate retail value: $199.99), including standard shipping within the United States.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for a different product or tier.
• The winner is still responsible for supplying a usable reference photo and any details needed to complete the portrait, the same as any paying customer.
• Only one prize will be awarded regardless of how many eligible entries exist.

5. Winner selection

Shortly after the entry period closes, Sponsor will export the full list of eligible entrants and select one winner at random using a true-random number generator. The winner will be selected on or around October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification & claiming the prize

The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within a few days of selection. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If we don't hear back within that window, an alternate winner may be selected in the same manner.

7. General conditions

• By entering, you agree to these official rules and to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these rules.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or notifications.
• This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
